Hyrox and run coaching in Stamford, CT and online

Hyrox coaching from someone who races it.

Running and stations trained as one sport, programmed by a coach who races Hyrox singles and doubles. I also coach new runners and runners who want to get stronger. Every plan starts from your mileage, your race history, and your schedule, not a template handed to everyone on the roster.

About the coach

I'm Ryan Marshall. I train and race year-round: sub-1:36 half marathons, a sub-4:00 marathon projection, and Hyrox as both an individual and doubles competitor. I'm a hybrid athlete who also coaches at F45 Training, and I'm UESCA-certified as a running coach. I build every plan from what you actually bring me, your mileage, your race history, your schedule, so training fits the runner you are right now, not a generic one.

Form analysis

See your stride the way I do.

Most runners have never actually seen their own stride. A foot that reaches, an arm that cuts across, a step that runs narrow: small leaks that cost you speed and add up to injuries. Every athlete I coach gets their form broken down frame by frame, measured, scored, and turned into the one or two cues that change how you run. Here's mine.

How this works

Plans that follow your recovery

Training adjusts to how you're actually recovering week to week, not a fixed calendar handed to every runner on the roster.

One coach, not a rotation

You're working directly with me. No hand-off to whoever's available that week.

A real answer, either way

Every inquiry gets reviewed personally. If your goals and my coaching aren't a fit, you'll hear that too, not silence.

Takes about five minutes. I read every submission myself. Not ready for that yet? Book a free 15-minute call and we can talk through your goals first.

This is coaching, not medical care. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition. Before we begin working together, you'll review and sign a coaching agreement and waiver.

Intake forms are collected through Tally, which encrypts data in transit and at rest, hosts it on EU-based servers, and is GDPR compliant. Tally processes this data on my behalf, I'm the only person who reads your submission. See Tally's privacy policy for details on how form data is handled.
